JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering fields (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), Law, Sales & Marketing, or related fields from a recognized institution.
Help buyers discover the perfect property by considering their individual preferences, priorities, and financial capabilities.
Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets assigned by the company on available projects for sale.
Assist buyers in understanding the values of buying projects by Noah Real Estate
Stay up-to-date on current projects and offerings, general market conditions, prices, financing, legalities affording you the ability to further advice clients.
Provide necessary inputs to your supervisor on each potential, as well as various gained customer insights in person as well as through other means required.
Actively participate on both internal and external events to enhance brand visibility
and generate leads through online and offline channels.
Finding potential buyers, making follow-up calls, visiting project sites and close potential buyers.
Proficiently leverage all the digital and offline marketing tools creatively.
Understanding of marketing & sales,7 and the Real Estate Industry.
Ability to work individually under pressure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering fields (Civil, Mechanical, electrical and other engineering fields), Law, Sales & Marketing or related fields from a recognized institution.
