Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be from Bhutan, Timor-Leste, ASEAN countries, or other Asian countries
- Outstanding academic record in a 4-year undergraduate program and 2-year Master’s program
- CGPA ≥ 3.5 for both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees
- Meet English proficiency requirement: IELTS 6.0 overall (including Writing band)
