JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Nurse
Educational level
- University degree in nursing from an accredited academic institution
- Relevant license and certification.
Working Experience
- Minimum 6 months years of experience
- Additionally, any experience in home care or nursing homes can make an applicant more competitive.
Professional knowledge and skills.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Strong communication skills
- able to deliver skilled services like assessment and observation, wound care and dressing changes, injection administration. IV monitoring, tube feeding, catheter insertion and monitoring, tracheostomy care, medication administration, patient and caregiver education.
- Active listening skills and empathy.
- Physical and mental strength.
- Critical thinking which means ability to integrate information, outcomes, experiences, and other evidences and use that data to identify and solve problems either independently or in conjunction with the patient’s care team.
Work Environment
- Must be willing to work on shift basis; nights, weekends and holidays as well as normal daytime hours.
- Must be able to calmly handle angry and unhappy customers.
- Able to sit in front of and work on a computer screen for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work in high pressure, stressful situations.
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
