JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Functional Consultant
Education : Master’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems (BIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Management or Accounting,
Experience : 0 Years (No prior experience required; candidates must be willing to undergo training)
As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for :
➠ Assisting in the implementation of ERP systems for clients, ensuring that the solution meets business needs and objectives.
➠ Providing functional expertise in various modules of ERP systems and ensuring they align with organizational processes.
➠ Supporting the design and configuration of the ERP system, ensuring optimal business functionality.
➠ Managing and executing data migration activities, ensuring smooth and accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to ERP.
➠ Collaborating with clients and project teams to gather business requirements, configure ERP modules, and deliver functional solutions.
➠ Conducting testing, training, and post-implementation support to ensure successful system adoption.
As a Functional Consultant at Red Cloud ICT Solutions PLC, your role will focus on supporting the successful implementation and optimization of ERP systems for our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
➠ ERP System Implementation Support
➠ Business Process Analysis and Requirements Gathering
➠ Data Migration
➠ System Configuration and Customization
➠ User Training and Support
➠ Testing and Quality Assurance
➠ Client Relationship Management
➠ Post-Implementation Support
