Position: Real Estate Sales Agent (Female Candidates Only)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential buyers through networking and prospecting
- Manage property listings, conduct site visits, and explain project features
- Provide personalized advice to clients on buying options
- Utilize social media and digital platforms for lead generation and promotions
- Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Maintain client relationships post-sale for future opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 months in real estate or a related sales role
- Education: BSc in Engineering or BA in a Business-related field
- Language Proficiency: Amharic and English (required); Tigrigna, Oromiffa, or Arabic (preferred)
- Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social platforms
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Client Understanding: Ability to understand and respond to diverse client needs
- Self-Motivated: Independent, results-driven, and time-efficient
- Learning-Oriented: Open to ongoing training and industry updates
