Position: Graduate Trainee – Production, Printing & Quality
This entry-level development program is targeted at recent engineering graduates who aspire to long-term careers in manufacturing and quality systems. The program provides structured hands-on training across production, printing technologies, and quality departments, with clear pathways to senior technical and management roles.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- Graduated from a recognized Ethiopian university
- Strong academic performance (CGPA ≥ 3.0 recommended)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, procedures, and data
- Interest in manufacturing, printing technology, and quality systems
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate clearly with operators, supervisors, and managers
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational training across production, printing technologies, and quality departments
- Collaborate closely with senior operators, supervisors, engineers, and quality teams
- Learn machine operation principles, printing processes, and defect prevention techniques
- Support daily production activities, quality checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Demonstrate discipline, leadership potential, and problem-solving skills on the shop floor
