JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Minaye PLC was established as a Private Limited Company (PLC) in 1992 with a capital of 23,000,000.00 (Twenty three million Birr), before establishment as PLC it has operated for over 20 years as a sole proprietorship and now Minaye is involved in many sectors of the economy. Minaye PLC is a leading company in furniture manufacturing, sanitary materials supply, and construction finishing materials distribution. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and innovative solutions to our clients.
Position: Engineering Intern
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering (any field: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.).
- Strong interest in gaining practical experience in a professional environment.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (not mandatory but a plus):
- Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Experience in research, data analysis, or technical writing.
