Position 1: Real Estate Sales Professional
Number of Positions: 5
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in real estate sales
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- High level of self-motivation and result orientation
- Proficiency in CRM systems, real estate software, and property databases
Position 2: Procurement Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in procurement or supply chain management
Core Competencies:
- Construction procurement and contract management
- Supplier sourcing, negotiation, and cost control
- Knowledge of procurement laws and standards
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage procurement within project timelines
Position 3: Accountant
Location: Addis Ababa
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience
- ACCA, CPA, or CMA certification is an added advantage
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and Ethiopian tax laws
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
Position 4: Health and Safety Engineer
Location: Addis Ababa
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environmental Science
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Fluency in English
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Identify workplace hazards and implement control measures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct HSE training and awareness programs
- Strong problem-solving and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
