JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Medical Teams International (MTI) provides medical and dental care in 32 countries. The organisation was founded in 1979, and sends teams of volunteer medical professionals and medical supplies to respond to disasters. It also works with partners on long-term health promotion initiatives.
Position: HR Intern
EDUCATION, LICENSES, & CERTIFICATION:
● Minimum BA degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration and other related social science fields of study from a recognized higher education institution
● Only Female Graduates of 2014 or 2015 E.C
EXPERIENCE
● Only zero years of work experience required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
KNOWLEDGE
● Good interpersonal communication skills
● Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management
● Organizational skills and attention to detail
SKILLS
● Good judgment regarding confidentiality and respect for sensitive materials
● Ability to work in a team environment.
● Excellent knowledge of spoken & written Amharic and English
● Skilled in communication
● Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
● A good command of both written and spoken Amharic and English
ABILITIES
● Ability to act with integrity and ensure security and appropriate use of assets.
● Ability to maintain detailed records with high accuracy.
● Ability to support MTI Calling and adhere to the MTI Code of Conduct
