Maastricht University (UM) invites international students from all over the world to apply for the Holland-High Potential Scholarship 2026. This fully funded scholarship allows students to pursue a Master’s degree in the Netherlands.

Financial Benefits
The scholarship provides comprehensive financial support, including:
- Living Expenses: €15,925 (13 months) or €30,625 (25 months), paid by UM International Services Desk
- Health & Liability Insurance: €700, arranged and paid by UM
- Visa Application Costs: At cost, arranged and paid by UM
- Tuition Fees: At cost, arranged and paid by UM
- Pre-Academic Training Costs: At cost, arranged and paid by UM

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Maastricht University Holland Scholarship 2026:
- Must be an international applicant outside EU/EEA, Switzerland, or Surinam
- Must not hold dual nationality from an EU/EEA country
- Must have applied for admission to a full-time Master’s program at UM for 2025-26
- Must have excellent academic results in prior education
- Must be under 35 years of age as of 1 September 2026
