Kadisco Paint and Adhesive Industry S.C, formerly known as Kadisco Chemical Industry PLC, is a privately owned company located in the Akaki Kality Industrial Zone, Addis Ababa. Founded from a small automotive parts dealership in the late 1960s, Kadisco now produces a full range of paints for the construction, industrial, and automotive sectors, as well as wood and concrete lacquers and adhesives for the wood and leather industry.
As part of its growth, Kadisco Paint is inviting fresh graduates to join the team as Production Interns to gain practical experience and develop their professional skills in the manufacturing sector.
Position: Production Intern
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
- 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Production In-Charge with daily routine tasks
- Support data collection, documentation, and record-keeping
- Provide hands-on assistance during critical operations to reduce bottlenecks, especially during peak production
- Assist in preparing documentation for HIRA and ISO 14001 requirements
- Participate in daily production planning meetings and activities
- Support management of shop floor employees as assigned
- Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
