Position: HR Intern
Educational Qualification
- BA degree in Human Resources, Law (LLB), Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- Cumulative GPA of 3.6 and above
Experience & Competencies
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to work cooperatively with staff from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to travel to activity implementation regions
- Willingness to learn donor requirements and grant reporting procedures
- Excellent networking and partnership-building skills
- Speaking more than one local language is an added advantage
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
