Position 1: Data Center Energy Service Engineer
Location: Addis Ababa
Educational Requirements
- BSc or MSc Degree in Power Electronics or related engineering fields
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Technical Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of energy equipment installation and commissioning processes
- Experience with UPS systems, cooling systems, and energy storage solutions
- Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of data center energy products
- Familiarity with energy storage systems and integration processes
Professional Competencies
- Proven experience in data center energy systems (UPS, cooling, energy storage)
- Ability to lead installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities
- Experience working with clients, channel partners, or R&D teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong service awareness and escalation management ability
- High standards for quality, safety, and attention to detail
Position 2: Account Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electric power industry or related ICT industry
- Strong understanding of power generation, transmission, transformation, and distribution processes
- Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or ICT is preferred
Key Competencies
- Strong customer relationship development skills
- Clear thinker with excellent coordination and communication abilities
- Experience in market planning and identifying business opportunities
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide teams effectively
- Strong industry insight and strategic mindset
Position 3: Smart PV Technician
Location: Congo (DRC)
Academic Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Power Engineering or Power Electronics
Experience Requirements
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience
Additional Requirements
- Work experience directly related to the applied position
- Professional certifications from recognized third-party organizations are advantageous (e.g., PMP, Cisco, CPA, etc.)
- Ability to meet professional standardized test requirements (if applicable)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in the North Africa region
- International project and program experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and attention to quality standards
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
