JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Channel Operation Manager
Education: Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering/ Communication Engineering/ IT or relevant majors.
Experience: At least 1 year working experience in IT or Communications industry
Language Skill: Very fluent in English
Skills or Certificate Requirements
- The holders of Huawei HCIX or HCSX certificates are welcomed.
Build efficient partner business operation capabilities and utilize the platform centering on partner development, nurturing, incentives, support, and brand improvement.
- Assist and support partner business development in Ethiopia, including partner registration/certification/marketing/enablement/ordering.
- Check and manage the internal control of partners’ sales, maintain the order of the ecosystem, supervise partners’ business, and ensure the compliance of internal and external business operations.
- Design and implement regional partner conferences and marketing activities of other joint partners.
- Manage and execute regional partner enablement courses.
- Manage partner incentives and track partner usage.
- Track the sales/development progress of partners in Ethiopia and analyze progress risks and current issues.
