JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Currently, Horra Corporate Group is led by qualified and experienced professionals, with 500 permanent staff members and 800 temporary workers working in the corporate office and in different business units.Our company is looking for an eager young professional who aspires to work in Corporate environment. The role entails an extensive amount of learning experience exposure.
Position 1: Trainee Legal Advisor
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a renowned educational institution with a CGPA of 3.6 and above.
- No work experience is required.
- Eager to learn from senior legal professionals.
- Excellent reasoning and critical thinking ability.
- Clear writing skill.
- Fluency in communication skill in Amharic and English is mandatory.
- Female candidates are highly recommended to apply for the role.
The incumbent’s responsibilities will be to learn from the company senior legal advisors on rendering corporate legal advisory services. The talent profile that the company is seeking is a fresh graduate with no prior experience of working and seeks to learn about legal advisory services in a well organized corporate setting.
Position 2: Insurance Officer
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Law, Accounting and Finance or related fields from a renowned institution.
- At least 4 (four) to 8 (eight) years of demonstrated work experience in the insurance sector
- Well experienced in managing different insurance policies such as marine, life and health, vehicle and alike
- Having private sector experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on insurance claims.
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines.
- Ability to work sensitively in a multicultural environment and build effective working relations with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to identify and understands relationships, constraints and pressures affecting others.
- Proficiency in Office 365 is required.
Position 3: Digital Marketing Specialist
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Management , Communications, or a related field.
Work Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
o Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant marketing tools is a plus.
o Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics)
o Hands-on experience with social media platforms and ad management tools (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads).
o Experience with email marketing platforms , Knowledge of content management systems
Position 4: Graphic Designer
Education: Bachelor’s degree Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including both digital and print pieces.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), as well as other design tools and platforms (Sketch, Figma, etc.).
