JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Position 1 : Site Engineer

Job Purpose :
To enhance construction project management by closely monitoring and managing designated project sites.

Key Responsibilities

➠ Ensure design plans are implemented accurately and collaborate with contractor representatives.
➠ Track and update the progress of assigned construction projects.
➠ Supervise daily progress and activities at project sites.
➠ Prepare and share regular project status updates (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).
➠ Address and escalate issues as needed.
➠ Understand project scope and quality expectations.
➠ Advise on the planning, coordination, and supervision of technical aspects for construction projects.
➠ Conduct necessary inspections on ongoing construction projects.
➠ Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience : Minimum of six (6) years as a Site Engineer in Real Estate Projects, with expertise in finishing work.
➠ Strong communication skills.
➠ Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
➠ Proficiency in Amharic and English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Position 2: Storekeeper

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Accounting and Finance, Management, or related fields.
Experience : At least two (2) years of relevant work experience.
➠ Strong communication skills.
➠ Ability to maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
➠ Proficiency in Amharic and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
