JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Position 1: Customer Service Officer

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
Experience : Two (2) years of  Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 
People required : 20
Duty Station : Addis Ababa, Gambela, Dima, Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, & Gatira

Position 2: Senior Customer Service  Officer

Education : BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related field
Experience : Three (3) years of  Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 
People required : 11
Duty Station : Addis Ababa, Gambela, Dima, Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, & Gatira

Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor

Education : BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related fields.
Experience : Four (4) years of  Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 
People required : 11
Duty Station : Addis Ababa, Adama, Semera , Dessie, Mizan, Gambela, Dima, Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, & Gatira

Position 4: Branch Manager

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience : Six (6) years of  Banking Operation experience; of which two years of experience in supervisory positions is required. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
People required : 11
Duty Station : Addis Ababa, Adama, Semera , Dessie, Mizan, Gambela, Dima, Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, & Gatira

Position 5: Senior Collateral Valuator

Education : BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related fields
Experience : Four (4) years of related experience.  Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
Duty Station : Head office

Position 6: Lead Compliance Management

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience : Six (6) years of experience in the International Banking area. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station : Head Office

Position 7: Lead Property Valuation

Education : BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related fields
Experience : Six  (6) years of related experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
Duty Station : Head Office

Position 8: District Relationship Manager

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience : Eight (8) years of  Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station : Head office

Position 9: Manager, Correspondent Banks, Remittance, and Forex

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience : Eight (8) years of experience in the International Banking area. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station : Head office

Note : 
Training in IFB is Advantageous.
