POSITION 1: SALES DATA ANALYST INTERN
The Sales Data Analyst Intern will support the Sales Information Hub by organizing data, preparing reports, and tracking performance. This role offers hands-on exposure to how data supports strategic decision-making within Heineken Ethiopia’s Sales Team.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or related fields
Experience & Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
- Interest in data analysis and sales performance measurement
- Good communication and presentation skills (MS PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn Power BI, Power Query, or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and positive learning attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organize sales data from multiple sources
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- Update Power BI dashboards and Excel trackers
- Support basic trend analysis on sales, promotions, and product performance
- Validate and clean data to ensure accuracy
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for meetings
- Translate data into simple, actionable business insights
- Location: Head Office
POSITION 2: FINANCE INTERN
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience & Skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Interest in financial data analysis
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn analytical tools such as Power BI
- Strong motivation and teamwork mindset
- Location: Head Office
POSITION 3: BREWING OPERATOR
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
Experience & Skills
- 0–1 year of production experience in beverage or food manufacturing (FMCG preferred)
Job Purpose
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards during daily operations
- Execute brewing and production processes efficiently and accurately
- Improve key performance indicators and reduce production losses
- Maintain a safe and high-quality working environment
- Perform tasks assigned by the line manager
- Location: Kilinto Brewery
