1. Sales Officer
Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Education:
B.A. Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in construction or steel industry.
Key Skills:
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and internet marketing
- Customer relationship management
- Results-driven mindset
2. Store Keeper (Technical)
Location: Bishoftu-Dukem (Near Eastern Industry Zone)
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Technical field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in heavy manufacturing, preferably steel mills or foundries.
Technical Requirements:
- Knowledge of steel-making consumables (Refractory bricks, Lancing pipes, CCM mold powder, Ferro-silicon, Ferro-manganese)
- Understanding of MSDS standards
- ERP and Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Warehouse management with 5S standards
3. Purchaser
Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Education:
B.A. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
2–4 years in procurement, preferably manufacturing or construction sector.
Key Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- ERP and advanced Excel knowledge
- Market familiarity in Addis Ababa, Bishoftu, and Dukem
- High integrity and organizational ability
4. Lab Technician (Mechanical)
Location: Bishoftu-Dukem
Education:
B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience:
0–2 years. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of mechanical properties of metals
- Laboratory safety standards knowledge
- Data analysis using Microsoft Excel
5. Electrician
Location: Bishoftu-Dukem
Education:
TVET Level III/IV or Diploma in Electricity or Industrial Power.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in industrial or manufacturing environment.
Technical Requirements:
- PLC and VFD expertise
- Ability to interpret industrial wiring schematics
- Shift-based work readiness
6. Mechanical Fitter
Location: Bishoftu-Dukem
Education:
TVET Level III or IV in General Mechanics or related field.
Experience:
3–5 years in heavy manufacturing plants (steel or cement preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Reading mechanical engineering drawings
- Using precision measuring instruments
- Hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance
7. Welder
Location: Bishoftu-Dukem
Education:
TVET Level II or III in Welding and Fabrication.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in heavy industrial or construction setting.
Skills:
- Welding in all positions (Flat, Horizontal, Vertical, Overhead)
- Metal cutting and grinding tools proficiency
- Knowledge of steel grades and metallurgy
