With seven factories in Addis Ababa’s Bole Lemi Industrial Park, the group exported over USD 80 million from Ethiopia in the last year alone. Employing around 8,800 people, 90% of whom are women, JAY JAY TEXTILES contributes to nearly 25% of Ethiopia’s total garment exports.
Position 1: Junior IE (Industrial Engineering) Executive
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead method improvement and standardization
- Weekly capacity checks for designated production lines
- Track operator multitasking and document efficiency
- Coordinate machine layout with related departments before production launch
- Ensure workstations meet world-class layout standards
- Accurately prepare and deliver employee incentives
- Maintain AB% and LTO% below 4%
- Monitor and maintain line balancing daily

Position 2: Junior Production Executive
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Garment, or related disciplines
- Graduated in 2018 or 2019
Required Competencies:
- Initiative and drive for results
- Team leadership and collaboration
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environments
- Strong communication skills
