Available Positions
1. General Accountant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret financial data
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports and perform data analysis
- Manage the general ledger and maintain accurate accounting records
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Supervise and mentor junior staff
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance
- Handle tax reporting and compliance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Perform other accounting tasks as required by the company
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
2. Showroom Sales Person
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Customer Service, or related fields (Diploma holders may also be considered)
- 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (preferably showroom or retail)
- Experience with construction chemicals, building materials, or technical products is an advantage
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong sales, persuasion, and customer service skills
- Solid product knowledge in construction chemicals
- Organizational, time management, and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt and learn quickly
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell construction chemical products at the showroom
- Handle inventory, order processing, and customer inquiries
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support marketing initiatives and showroom operations
