1. Position: Office Engineer
Qualification:
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology Management
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience

2. Position: Regional Sales Supervisor
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate marketing or sales
Salary: Competitive
Location: Jigjiga, Diredawa, Hawassa
3. Position: Senior Internal Auditor
Qualification:
- MBA or BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or Auditing
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

4. Position: Senior HR Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s Degree or HR certifications (SHRM/PHR) is an advantage
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in real estate or construction
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law
- Experience with HRIS and payroll software
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Amharic

5. Position: Project Cost Optimization Director
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and MBA
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in construction, costing management, or project management
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate across teams and prepare manuals and reports
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
