Available Positions

1. Cashier

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash, cards, vouchers, and other payment methods accurately
  • Greet customers professionally and assist with purchases or inquiries
  • Operate POS systems, issue receipts, and manage transactions
  • Verify currency authenticity and detect counterfeit money
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  • Count and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each day
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor

Location: Addis Ababa

2. Finance Operations Manager

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting and Finance
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare management accounts and budget reports, analyze trends and variances
  • Track expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets
  • Oversee monthly payroll and ensure timely employee payments
  • Execute year-end audits and liaise with external auditors
  • Maintain financial policies and enhance internal controls
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, raise invoices, and reconcile accounts
  • Direct the finance team and supervise staff performance
  • Support senior management in strategic financial decisions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Location: Addis Ababa

3. Sales Manager

Qualifications:

  • BA in Sales, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate sales teams, manage conflicts, and make strategic decisions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends and organizational goals
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Monitor market conditions, competitors, and regulatory developments
  • Adapt to changing business environments and make informed decisions
