Position 1: Junior Procurement Officer / Junior Purchaser

Location: Addis Ababa
Education
- BSc Degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
Experience
- No prior work experience required (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Role Summary
The Junior Procurement Officer is responsible for supporting the cost-effective and timely procurement of construction materials and services. The role ensures full compliance with the Company Standard Procedure (CSP), Procurement Guidelines, and the EEC Supplier Framework Manual.
Position 2: Front Desk and Admin Assistant
Vacancy Code: DCEO’s Office 003/2025
Location: Addis Ababa
Education
- TVET Level IV/III or BA Degree in Office Management or related fields.
Experience
- TVET Level III: Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience
- BA Degree: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Preferred Background
Candidates with professional experience as administrative assistants, front desk officers, or receptionists in hotel settings, NGOs, or international organizations will be given priority consideration.
Position 3: Tender & Estimation Coordinator
Vacancy Code: Commercial 004/2025
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications
- BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology and Management.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a senior role.
- Must have experience in a construction company, specifically in building projects.
- Experience in international construction companies is an added advantage.
