Position: Facility Management Officer (CCTV & Office Maintenance)
Job Overview
The Facility Management Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating security surveillance and office maintenance operations. You will manage access control systems, monitor CCTV footage to adhere to legal standards, and respond to security incidents, ensuring the safety and efficiency of ECMA’s work environment. Additionally, you will supervise routine and preventive office maintenance, ensuring all infrastructure meets safety and operational benchmarks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facility management, security surveillance, or office maintenance

- Proficiency with CCTV and access control systems
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- High level of security and risk awareness
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and teamwork
- Ability to generate and present analytical reports for facility planning
Key Responsibilities
- Security Surveillance & Access Control
- Manage and monitor CCTV systems in compliance with legal standards
- Oversee and respond to security incidents
- Maintain records of surveillance activities and access logs
- Office Maintenance & Infrastructure Supervision
- Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance of office facilities
- Supervise repair works and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold safety and operational standards
- Reporting & Coordination
- Generate analytical reports to support facility planning and decision-making
- Collaborate with service providers and internal departments to optimize maintenance operations
