Position 1: Junior Data Engineer
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, or related fields (internships or academic projects considered).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or SQL.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Big Query).
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, or APIs.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective teamwork and communication abilities.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Administrative Officer (Maternity Replacement)
Education:
- BA degree in Management or related field.
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Functions:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and manage follow-ups.
- Maintain organized case files for government and non-government communications.
- Support HR in recruitment processes and interview scheduling.
- Draft official correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
