POSITION: REAL ESTATE SALES AGENT
This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for promoting properties, engaging clients, and closing real estate deals. The Sales Agent will actively participate in prospecting, lead generation, property viewings, negotiations, and client relationship management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct real estate sales and marketing activities
- Prospect and generate leads
- Meet clients and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and close sales deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Minimum of 6 months experience in real estate sales or marketing
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Good understanding of real estate market trends and property sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong relationship-building skills
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Monthly salary of ETB 9,500
