Position: Sales Agent
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience for junior sales, 1.5 years for senior sales in real estate marketing and sales
- Customer service and sales experience
- Knowledge of real property and real estate market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1-year experience in the field
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities including prospecting and lead generation
- Hold client meetings and property viewings
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Build and maintain client relationships
