Dodai Manufacturing Plc (Dodai) is a recently incorporated organization launched in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on August 01, 2023. Dodai is a fast-growing company with a mission to make e-mobility accessible to everyone in Africa through innovative products and services.
As part of its ecosystem, Yazawa Spare Parts was established in March 2024 as Ethiopia’s first dedicated spare parts shop for electric mobility vehicles (EMVs). The company plays a key role in supporting the growing EV ecosystem and ensuring a seamless ownership experience for customers.

Position 1: Junior Accountant
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduate or 6 months experience in cashiering, accounting, or financial operations is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in financial systems such as Cket, Xero, Peachtree, etc. is a plus
- Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information responsibly

Position 2: Senior Accountant
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Position 3: Electrical Team Lead
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, battery systems, or related field
Technical Skills
- Strong electrical fundamentals including HV architecture and contactors
- Proficient in testing instruments such as IR meter, multimeter, and DAQ equipment
- Knowledge of safety standards and certification test methods
- Strong documentation and reporting capability

Position 4: Customer Experience Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience, after-sales, or service operations, preferably in automotive, mobility, or telecom sectors
- Proven leadership experience managing customer-facing teams (call center, CRM, or after-sales)
- Strong communication, analytical, and process-improvement skills
- Fluency in English and Amharic
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools such as Zoho, Trello, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
- Passion for operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
