Available Positions
1. Architect
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
- Skilled in 3D modeling and rendering (D5 Render preferred).
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and as-built documentation.
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction processes.

2. Holistic Draftsperson
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (MEP) (mandatory).
- BIM knowledge highly desirable.
- Expertise in electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, low-voltage).
- Capable of managing projects from design to commissioning.

3. Sanitary / Mechanical Engineer (MEP)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Sanitary, or MEP Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in MEP design and execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (MEP) (mandatory).
- Knowledge of HVAC, fire protection, water supply, sewage, and stormwater systems.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and local/international standards.

4. Structural Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in structural design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel, precast, and composite structures.
- Software expertise required:
- Revit Structure
- ETABS
- SAFE
- SAP2000
- Robot
- Tekla Structures
- AutoCAD
- BIM coordination skills (Navisworks) desirable.
- Familiarity with building codes and international standards.

5. Electrical Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical design and implementation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (MEP) (mandatory).
- Knowledge of BIM workflows desirable.
- Expertise in electrical systems (lighting, backup systems, fire alarms, low-voltage).
- Capable of handling projects from design to commissioning.
