JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1 : Manufacturing Development Specialist
➠Education : First Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
➠ Experience : A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing Environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
➠ Plan, coordinate, and evaluate the effective implementation of WCM through the creation of WCM Master Plans and the alignment of resources with plant leaders.
➠ Ensure loss data is recorded to standard through analysis and auditing;
➠ Evaluate improvement opportunities and focus areas for resources;
➠ Drive compliance to standards and ensure that best practices are entrenched through plant reviews/audits;
➠ Actively involved in Capability Development Programmes facilitation and assessment, e.g. FLDP, TLDP, MCPL & UMDP.
➠ Coach, mentor and guide operational teams on implementing the Manufacturing Way and adhering to its principles.
➠ Location : Addis Ababa
Position 2: Business System Coordinator
➠ Education : First Degree in Food Technology/Chemistry/Food Process Engineering/Chemical Engineering.
➠ Experience : a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing experience quality auditing experience is advantageous.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
➠ Implemented Management System.
➠ Trained Internal Auditors
➠ Training and assessments
➠ Controlled documents and data in all functions
➠ Location : Addis Ababa
Position 3 : Management Accountant
➠ Education : First Degree in Accounting/Accounting & finance
➠ Experience : 3 years experience in Accounting system and financial reporting.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
➠ Compile and communicate schedule for SAP/MSD month end close timelines
➠ Perform system verifications for SAP/MSD Actuals Month End Close
➠ Perform system verifications for SAP/MSD RE Close
➠ Perform system verifications for SAPMSD Budget Close
➠ Coordinate the compilation of specific month end reports for the management pack
➠ Compiled financial commentary and analysis for board pack
➠ Compiled ad hoc requests for information and analysis for reporting
➠ Provision and coordination of commentary for Group Board Pack
➠ Compile and communicate budgeting schedule to relevant stakeholders
➠ Location : Addis Ababa
