Position 1: IT Officer
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Software engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience), with 3 years’ experience in IT related roles.
Other Requirements:
- Have basic experience in software development platforms
- Have experience in solution architecture design and SRS development
- Have experience in using automated testing tools
- Have experience working with development teams in a lean, agile environment is preferred
- Analytical thinker with very good problem-solving skills
- Very good time-management skills and interpersonal and communication skills

Position 2: Senior Data Center & Core Systems Officer
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field At least 5 years’ experience in IT-related roles.
Job Description:
- Experience in virtualization technologies (Oracle LDOM, Nutanix, VMware).
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Unix based (Oracle Solaris, Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) systems administration is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of networking.
- Experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Storage Area Network (SAN) and Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI).
- Experience with automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Any certifications related to the above experiences and knowledge are desirable.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Principal Software Development And MIS Officer
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Software engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience), At least 6 years’ experience in IT related roles out of which at least 4+ years of relevant experience as a front-end and back-end developer.
Job Description:
- Knowledge of State Management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
- Experience with SQLite, Hive, or Firebase Firestore for local storage.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data handling.
- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
- Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working with development teams in a lean, agile environment is preferred
