JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Position 1: Programme Officers

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Proactive, self-motivated and able to manage and deliver multiple priorities under limited supervision, can work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities; able to work under pressure and manage multiple work streams.
•  At least one year of proven experience in programme, financial management or another related field

Language:

• Proficient in English language (both written and oral English
• Proficiency in Amharic and/or other Ethiopian languages is an added advantage

Salary: USD 635.75

Position 2: Health & Safety and Fire Safety Officer

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience  

• Experience of working in a Health and Safety or Fire Safety role.
• Experience of working in a building or facilities management environment.
• Ability to be proactive, work in a fast paced environment, manage own time and prioritise effectively.
• Confidence to put forward own views, challenge others and remain resilient.
• Be a good team player and support others.
• Experience of administrative work, record keeping and a working knowledge of all Microsoft applications.

Language: English
Level of language required: Fluent written and spoken English 
Salary: USD 505.42

Position 3: Office Manager – National Crime Agency

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience  

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Excellent spoken and written Amharic
• Excellent organisation skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent persuasion, guidance and negotiation skills required
• Good IT skills, in particular the ability to order and analyse data utilising the Microsoft Office Suite
• A high level of discretion and integrity
• A flexible approach which may involve work and travel outside core hours
• Successful security clearance both from UK and Ethiopian law enforcement (following successful application)

Language: Amharic & English
Level of language required: Fluent in both
Salary: USD 635.75
