JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Programme Officers
Essential qualifications, skills and experience
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to manage and deliver multiple priorities under limited supervision, can work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities; able to work under pressure and manage multiple work streams.
- At least one year of proven experience in programme, financial management or another related field
Language:
- Proficient in English language (both written and oral English
- Proficiency in Amharic and/or other Ethiopian languages is an added advantage
Desirable qualifications, skills and experience:
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and willingness to learn and grow.
- Experience in engaging and influencing external partners and managing suppliers effectively.
- Experience of working on development and/or humanitarian programming in Ethiopia.
