We are expanding our elite team of real estate professionals and are seeking 25 highly driven and passionate Real Estate Sales Consultants ready to lead in a fast-paced and competitive market.
Position: Real Estate Sales Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and cold outreach
- Conduct site visits, property presentations, and follow-ups with potential buyers
- Maintain detailed knowledge of available inventory, pricing, and payment plans
- Negotiate and close property deals, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Use CRM systems for pipeline tracking and relationship management
- Represent the company in promotional events and site launches
- Coordinate with marketing and legal teams to support successful transactions
- Work flexible hours including weekends to accommodate client needs
- Provide excellent client support throughout the home-buying process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Law, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Passion for real estate sales and customer engagement
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is an advantage
- Proven record of deal closures (must be submitted during application)
