Position 1: Junior Electrician (Fresh Graduates)
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- Related fields
Experience
• 0 – 1 year of work experience
Required Skills
• Understanding of wiring diagrams
• Strong technical skills
• Troubleshooting ability
• Basic English communication skills (writing, reading, listening, speaking)
Location: Hawassa
Position 2: Junior Operator – Production (Fresh Graduates)
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Manufacturing Technology
- Industrial Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electro-Mechanical Engineering
Experience
• 0 – 2 years of experience in an FMCG manufacturing shop floor environment
Required Skills and Competencies
• Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining company values
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
• Reliable and punctual with strong attendance discipline
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to receive and implement feedback
• Motivation for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Basic computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
