Position 1: Junior Operator – Production (Fresh Graduates)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- 0–2 years’ experience in FMCG manufacturing (shop floor).
- Strong work ethic, teamwork, and reliability.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Location: Hawassa
Position 2: Driver (Female Candidates Only)
Qualifications:
- Completed 10th/12th grade with a valid automobile driving license.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Amharic (French language is an advantage).
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Data Encoder
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Manufacturing Technology, or IT.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with industrial/factory environments.
- Awareness of food hygiene and safety standards.
Location: Gubre (Zebidar)
Position 4: Sales System Specialist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2–3 years’ FMCG experience (1 year in application development preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel required.
- Strong understanding of sales operations (experience with Sales Force automation is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills (Amharic & English).
