Open Positions
Position 1: Junior E-Learning Designer and Developer
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Education:
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Certifications in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, or Video Editing & Animation are advantageous
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Job Objective:
To create high-quality, innovative digital learning content for BoA employees—covering the full eLearning cycle from analysis to implementation.
Position 2: Driver I
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Education:
- Completed 10th or 12th Grade
- Possess Public I or Third Level Driving License
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience (preferably within a banking institution)
Job Objective:
To transport bank employees or property with professionalism, ensure timely service, and maintain vehicle condition.
Position 3: Surveillance Officer
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Education:
- BA Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences or related fields
- Police Science Certificate is mandatory
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years (BA holders) or 4 years (Diploma holders) of relevant banking/security experience
Job Objective:
To identify and secure attachable property of defaulters, assist with foreclosure and legal proceedings, and support criminal case follow-up related to debts and liabilities.
