Position: Associate Graphic Designer and Web Administrator
Education Requirement
BSc Degree in:
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Information Systems
- Electrical and Computer Engineering
- Fine Arts and Design
- Or other related fields
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience
- At least 3 years in Graphic Design
- Banking industry experience is an advantage
Job Objective
To assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends
- Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Track CPC, CTR, CPA and optimize campaign performance
SEO & Website Management
- Improve website ranking using on-page and off-page SEO
- Conduct keyword research and apply best SEO practices
- Manage website UX/UI and web administration
- Ensure optimal website performance and user experience
Content & Social Media Management
- Develop and manage content calendars
- Create engaging digital content
- Monitor audience engagement and interactions
Email Marketing & Automation
- Execute email campaigns
- Implement automation workflows
- Monitor open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools
- Generate reports with actionable insights
Coordination
- Work with designers, content creators, and external vendors
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
