Position: Associate Graphic Designer and Web Administrator

Education Requirement

BSc Degree in:

  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Information Systems
  • Electrical and Computer Engineering
  • Fine Arts and Design
  • Or other related fields

Experience Requirement

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience
  • At least 3 years in Graphic Design
  • Banking industry experience is an advantage

Job Objective

To assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Track CPC, CTR, CPA and optimize campaign performance

SEO & Website Management

  • Improve website ranking using on-page and off-page SEO
  • Conduct keyword research and apply best SEO practices
  • Manage website UX/UI and web administration
  • Ensure optimal website performance and user experience

Content & Social Media Management

  • Develop and manage content calendars
  • Create engaging digital content
  • Monitor audience engagement and interactions

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Execute email campaigns
  • Implement automation workflows
  • Monitor open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools
  • Generate reports with actionable insights

Coordination

  • Work with designers, content creators, and external vendors
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
