Available Positions
Position 1: User Support Expert
Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with minimum 1 year experience
- OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with minimum 2 years experience
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users for software, hardware, and network issues
- Troubleshoot system errors and escalate unresolved issues
- Train staff on software applications and IT best practices
- Ensure smooth operation of IT services across the company
Position 2: ERP Expert
Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with minimum 2 years experience
- OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with minimum 4 years experience
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, manage, and optimize the company’s ERP system
- Provide training and support to staff using the ERP system
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and ensure system security
- Collaborate with departments to streamline workflows
Position 3: Database Administrator
Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with minimum 3 years experience
- OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with minimum 6 years experience
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, maintain, and optimize databases for company operations
- Ensure data integrity, backup, and security
- Troubleshoot database issues and implement performance improvements
- Support application development and reporting requirements
Position 4: Network & System Administrator
Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with minimum 3 years experience
- OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with minimum 6 years experience
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems
- Ensure network security and system performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Maintain IT documentation and support disaster recovery plans
