Available Positions
Position 1: HR Clerk
Educational Qualification:
College Diploma in Human Resource Management, Management, or related fields.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in human resource management, preferably in the banking sector.
Job Summary:
Under close supervision, the HR Clerk manages personnel records, assists in payroll processing, benefits administration, and staff documentation while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HR standards.

Position 2: Senior Mechanical Engineer (Senior Property Valuation Officer)
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, with at least 2 years at officer level.
Job Summary:
Responsible for valuing mechanical assets used as loan collateral, preparing technical reports, determining fair market values, and overseeing mechanical systems in bank facilities including HVAC, ATMs, and data centers.

Position 3: Principal Interest Free Banking Officer
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in banking, including at least 2 years as a Senior Officer.
Job Summary:
Coordinates Interest-Free Banking (IFB) activities, reviews branch reports, ensures effective customer service delivery, and monitors IFB account operations and compliance with Sharia-compliant practices.

Position 4: Company Secretary
Educational Qualification:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or Commercial Law.
Work Experience:
- Master’s Degree: Minimum 6 years relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or 3 years in a principal position.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum 8 years relevant experience, including 4 years in a supervisory or 5 years in a principal role.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Company Secretary ensures compliance with legal, governance, and regulatory frameworks, manages Board meetings, prepares statutory records, and provides advisory support on corporate governance.

Position 5: Branch Manager I
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking, or Management.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Job Summary:
Plans, directs, and supervises branch operations, including credit approval, customer service, and financial management. Ensures compliance with policies and effective service delivery to achieve branch objectives.
