Position: Farm Manager
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven work experience in farm management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of modern agricultural techniques and technologies
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily farm operations to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency
- Manage planting, cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest processes
- Implement modern farming practices to improve yield and quality
- Supervise and train farm staff to follow best practices
- Maintain and monitor farm equipment, facilities, and resources
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and agricultural regulations
