Position 1: Salesman (Female)
The Van Salesman will play a key role in driving sales growth, ensuring timely product distribution, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in sales or cashiering.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Familiarity with retail sales processes and consumer behavior.
- Understanding of inventory and stocking procedures.
- Basic mathematics knowledge.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build customer trust.
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
- Flexibility to work in fast-paced environments and varying shifts.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to business needs.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Purchase Officer
The Purchase Officer will oversee procurement processes, supplier coordination, and inventory sourcing to support the company’s supply chain and production operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a purchasing role, including data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), ERP systems, email, and Telegram for professional communication.
