1. Sr. Electrical Engineer
Location: Head Office – Addis Ababa
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including 1 year as Electrical Engineer I
Key Skills: - Strong technical engineering skills, team collaboration, and leadership capacity
- Ability to manage electrical systems within banking infrastructure
2. Construction Contract Administrator II
Location: Head Office – Addis Ababa
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience, including 1 year as Junior Contract Administrator
Key Skills: - Legal and technical document analysis
- Basic knowledge of purchasing and supply chain
- Proficiency in safety regulations, SOPs, and technical standards
3. Branch Manager IV – IFB
Location: Khalid Branch – Mekelle City
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Banking & Finance
- 4/6 years of relevant banking experience, including 1 year at supervisory level
Specialization: - In-depth knowledge of Shari’ah principles and Interest-Free Banking (IFB) operations
4. Branch Manager III
Location: Negelle Borena Branch
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 4/6 years of relevant experience, including 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor
5. Branch Manager II
Location: Hafet-Issa and Dire Dawa District
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Banking & Finance
- 5/7 years of banking experience, including 2 years at supervisory level as Branch Manager
6. Manager, Digital Banking II
Location: Dire Dawa District
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, IT, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of banking/digital finance experience, including 3 years in a managerial role
Key Skills: - Knowledge of digital banking trends and platforms
- Experience in launching and promoting digital products
- Background in digital sales, marketing, and customer adoption strategies
