Available Positions & Requirements
Position 1: Phone Call Operator (Female)
Qualifications:
- Recent female graduate from college or university.
- Must speak Amharic and Afaan Oromo fluently.
- Basic English communication is required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Schedule customer visits to the store.
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
Position 2: Sales (Indoor & Outdoor – 1 Male & 1 Female)
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Graduate in any field.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, active, and enthusiastic personality.
Responsibilities:
- Handle in-store and field sales activities.
- Engage with potential customers to promote products.
- Meet sales targets and provide customer feedback to the team.
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns.
Position 3: Accountant
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare invoices and assist in monthly financial reporting.
- Monitor inventory and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
