Position 1: Underwriting Officer I
Location: Addis Ababa
Openings: 5 Positions
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BSc degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
Experience: - Minimum of 1 year in relevant underwriting roles
Skills: - Proficient in computer applications
- Strong analytical and risk assessment abilities
Compensation: - As per company scale and benefits package
Position 2: Branch Manager I
Location: Addis Ababa
Openings: 5 Positions
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BSc degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
Experience: - 4 years as Senior Underwriting Officer or 1 year as Branch Manager
Skills: - Proven branch leadership experience
- Strong team management and customer service orientation
- Mandatory computer proficiency
