At-con Engineering & Architectural consultancy plc was established in 2002 to provide a compressive range of consulting services for governmental, private sector and public enterprises in the field of Highway Engineering, Structural Engineering, Water resource Engineering, Bridge Engineering, Architecture and other related works.
Position 1 :HR Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Position 2 :Junior Contract Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience. Experience in a consultancy firm is adventitious.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- An eye for detail

Position 3 :Electrical Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience in a consultant company.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other electrical design tools (e.g., ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, Dialux, Revit MEP).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Position 4 :Senior Structural Engineer
Qualifications:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience on preparation of Structural Designs, Specifications, Cost Estimate, Material Approval and Coordination of all Design works for both Design and Supervision Contracts of Building Projects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations

Position 5 :Resident Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer in a consultant company.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Position 6 :Architect
Qualifications:
- BSc Degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Modeling: Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Archi Cad, sketchup
- Rendering: Lumion, V-ray & 3D-max
- Presentation: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
- Preparation of Architectural designs with regard to design standards, with respect to the design program, site condition and requirements of the client
- Preparation of Specifications, Cost Estimate, Material Approval and related tasks of building projects.
- Carry out the architectural design review,
- Review the compatibility of the architectural design with structural, sanitary, mechanical and electrical designs
- Prepare reports, design drawings, architectural design presentation
- Conduct site visits
- Project follow up and periodic supervision
