Position 1: Junior Quality Engineer
Education:
BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards to ensure steel products meet reliability and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Workplace: Adama
Salary: Negotiable
Position 2: Excavator Operator
Education:
Completion of Grade 10 or 12, or Level I–III in any field of study with a valid Heavy Machinery Operation License.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-operation checks and basic maintenance.
- Select and install attachments such as buckets or breakers as needed.

Position 3: Quality Inspector
Education:
BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect trailers and components to ensure compliance with safety, design, and manufacturing standards.
- Maintain inspection records and quality reports.

Position 4: Procurement Planning Officer
Education:
BA Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute procurement processes aligned with industry best practices.
- Support sourcing, vendor evaluation, and procurement cost analysis for manufacturing operations.

Position 5: Coffee Sampler
Education:
BSc Degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage coffee sample collection, documentation, and storage.
- Demonstrate understanding of coffee processing methods and quality standards.

Position 6: Coffee Roaster
Education:
BSc Degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform green coffee beans into roasted products following precise roasting profiles.
- Maintain equipment and ensure consistent flavor and aroma quality.
- Possession of a coffee roasting training certificate is required.
