Open Positions
1. Radiologist
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- MD, Radiology specialty from an accredited university/medical college.
- Minimum of 2 years post-specialty study.
- Valid and renewed professional license.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficient in interpreting X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Mammography.
- Up-to-date knowledge of radiology technologies and protocols.
- Ability to integrate imaging with clinical data for diagnosis and treatment.
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital imaging systems and software.
- Familiarity with radiation safety standards.
- Clinical decision-making and patient management skills.
- Research, training, and capacity-building experience (preferred).
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Import/Export Head
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Marketing Management, Business Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical equipment supplies is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Expertise in international trade laws, import/export regulations, and customs clearance.
- Strong background in logistics operations and shipping documentation.
- Familiarity with trade finance, Incoterms, tariffs, and duty structures.
- Negotiation skills with suppliers, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies.
- Team leadership and people management capabilities.
- Analytical and decision-making skills under pressure.
- ERP systems, MS Office, and logistics tools proficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- High professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
